Dronyk Skills Coaching is a basketball coaching business run by Luca Dronyk, based in Poole and Bournemouth on the South Coast of the UK. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. What Data We Collect

The main way we collect personal information is through the contact form on this site. When you send us a message, we ask for your name and email address so we can get back to you, your phone number if you'd rather we called or texted (this one's optional), and whatever you'd like to tell us in the message itself. These submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, the service that powers our website hosting, and are stored securely on Netlify's servers rather than in a database we manage ourselves. We don't use tracking cookies or run any advertising on this site, so we don't collect browsing data, build up marketing profiles, or gather information about you beyond what you choose to send us.

How We Use It

We use the information you send us for one simple purpose: to reply to you, whether that's answering a question about sessions, arranging a trial, or organising a booking. We won't add you to a mailing list or use your details for anything beyond the conversation you started with us, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone else.

Third-Party Services

A handful of other services help this website do its job, and each of them handles a small amount of data in its own way. Netlify Forms, mentioned above, stores contact form submissions. We use Elfsight to display our Google Reviews on the site, which loads a script from Elfsight's servers to pull in review content. Our Instagram feed is powered by Behold.so, which similarly loads a script to show recent posts. Session locations are shown using embedded Google Maps, so viewing those parts of the site loads content directly from Google. And our online booking calendar is provided by Setmore, embedded so you can check availability and book without leaving the page. Each of these providers may set their own cookies or collect basic technical data, such as your IP address, as part of loading their content on your device. That's governed by their own privacy policies rather than ours, since we don't control what they do with it.

Cookies and Advertising

This site doesn't run any advertising, and we don't use cookies to track you around the web or build advertising profiles. Any cookies you do come across will belong to the third-party services described above, such as Google Maps or Setmore, doing what's needed to make their embedded content work, not us trying to advertise to you.

Your Rights Under UK GDPR

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have anything inaccurate corrected, and to have your information deleted altogether. Because we only hold what you've sent us through the contact form, this is usually a quick and simple request. Just email us and we'll sort it out promptly, normally within a few days.
